Founded in 1900, Cervezas Ambar is an independent Spanish brewery that maintains the spirit of a family business in constant evolution. With 18 varieties of beer, it is the brand with the largest number of specialties. It continues to brew beer in the factory premises where it began to brew at the beginning of the last century, located in the historic San José neighborhood. It maintains the artisanal processes of the 20th century, such as its own malting or the only fermentation room with open vats that currently exists in our country.
